LOCATIONS & SCHEDULE
All Bootcamps are 3x/week (12 sessions). Due to the format of our Bootcamp, we do not offer drop-in rates. Participants are required to come to class with handwraps and cardio boxing gloves.
*Note: All Saturday classes take place at 2875 St. George St. (near Fraser & Kingsway).
