You might like to know that you are not the oldest living blogger. "Wink"

There are probably lots of bloggers older than me, and I've never thought for a moment that I'm the oldest on the planet.

Here's the story, Luv - After I got familiar with my first old used computer, I was surfing one day on it, and discovered Urban Vancouver. I was really impressed, and after reading others' stuff for quite a while, I decided to give blogging a try. I noticed that most others had some kind of catchy nickname or 'handle', so that prompted me to come up with 'Oldest Living Blogger'. Nobody howled in protest or threatened to sue me, so I kept using it.

One day, after I'd been using that for quite a while, I got an email from one of those nice young fellows downtown who built and operate the website, saying 'guess what, Ray - we just got an email from a gal who works for the Associated Press in Chicago, and she saw your blog, and wants to contact you for an article she's planning about older bloggers.' The rest is history, as they say...

Shortly after that, her article came out, was circulated in 'USA Today' and a few other big papers, and suddenly, the folks at Google started watching us, and that's how-come 'Oldest Living Blogger' is still on their list. And it all started because I needed a catchy 'handle' for my blog.
