Back to work, back to school, back to fitness. Work off those summer months with our popular Women's Cardio Kickboxing Bootcamp this September! Whether you're a new Bootcamp participant or returning from a summer break, experience a total body workout with partner drills, core ab exercises, squats to tone the lower body, and more. LOCATIONS & SCHEDULE
All Bootcamps are 3x/week (12 sessions). Due to the format of our Bootcamp, we do not offer drop-in rates. Participants are required to come to class with handwraps and cardio boxing gloves.

SPOUSAL/PARTNER CARDIO KICKBOXING
Presented by Raz Chan Fitness and Mobile Personal Training

Get in shape together! Grab a partner and join in on our Spousal Partner Cardio Kickboxing workout on Friday nights. Experience an intensive hour of boxing partner drills, core ab exercises, lower body toning, and more. Lots of variety to keep all fitness levels challenged.

LOCATIONS & SCHEDULE
All Bootcamps are 1x/week (4 sessions). Due to the format of our class programming, we do not offer drop-in rates. Participants are required to come to class with handwraps and cardio boxing gloves (email us for more details).
