We’re the original women’s cardio kickboxing bootcamp, and our popular class includes boxing technique, kickboxing drills, core cardio exercises to work out your abs, glutes and legs, and plenty of variety to keep each class interesting and fun. Since introducing our successful Bootcamp program five years ago, we’ve had the pleasure of training loyal clients, six days a week, every month. Our clients have dropped dress sizes, gained self-confidence, and felt more energetic and empowered. Suitable for all fitness levels. Executive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu For Over 40

Raz Chan Fitness is pleased to announce the continuation of their recently launched Executive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu For Over 40 program into the fall and winter season.
Many people consider BJJ to be a rough sport, catering primarily to
young males. However, in the right environment, people 40 years and older can practice this cerebral martial art in their later years as a great form of exercise.
Participants can expect a good cardio/conditioning workout, while also learning some of the technical aspects of BJJ. Class time is split between instructional guidance, with plenty of time left for rolling/sparring to apply what you’ve learned. Open to women and men.
