Get a jumpstart on your New Year’s Resolution! Make 2009 the year you commit to a healthier lifestyle by joining our Women's Cardio Kickboxing Bootcamp. Our popular class includes boxing and kickboxing drills, core cardio exercises to workout your abs, glutes and legs, and plenty of variety to keep each class interesting and fun. LOCATIONS & SCHEDULE
All Bootcamps are 3x/week (12 sessions). Due to the format of our Bootcamp, we do not offer drop-in rates. Please select from ONE of the times/locations below - due to space limitations, we do not permit "mix and match" of schedules.

Participants are required to come to class with handwraps and cardio boxing gloves.
