Are you interested in getting active, getting back into shape, or simply want to try a boot camp. If you are wondering, “What the heck is a COS Boot Camp?”... Keep reading. Can you think of one good reason why you shouldn’t invest some time in you? In developing your strength, cardiovascular fitness, and overall physique? Fall back into fitness this October! Whether you're a new Bootcamp participant or wanting to get body-ready for a winter vacation, experience a total body workout with our Women's Cardio Kickboxing Bootcamp. Experience a total body workout with fun boxing and kickboxing partner drills, core cardio exercises, and more. Suitable for all fitness levels. LOCATIONS & SCHEDULE
All Bootcamps are 3x/week (12 sessions). Due to the format of our Bootcamp, we do not offer drop-in rates. Please select from ONE of the times/locations below - due to space limitations, we do not permit "mix and match" of schedules.

Participants are required to come to class with handwraps and cardio boxing gloves.
