WOMEN'S CARDIO KICKBOXING BOOTCAMP - Oct 2008 Registration Now Open
Presented by Raz Chan Fitness and Mobile Personal Training

Fall back into fitness this October! Whether you're a new Bootcamp participant or wanting to get body-ready for a winter vacation, experience a total body workout with our Women's Cardio Kickboxing Bootcamp. Experience a total body workout with fun boxing and kickboxing partner drills, core cardio exercises, and more. Suitable for all fitness levels. LOCATIONS & SCHEDULE
All Bootcamps are 3x/week (12 sessions). Due to the format of our Bootcamp, we do not offer drop-in rates. Please select from ONE of the times/locations below - due to space limitations, we do not permit "mix and match" of schedules.

Participants are required to come to class with handwraps and cardio boxing gloves.

EARLY MORNING WOMEN'S CARDIO KICKBOXING BOOTCAMP
Presented by Raz Chan Fitness & Personal Mobile Training

We’re seeking early-risers wanting to start their mornings with an adrenaline-pumping workout! Join us for our popular Women’s Cardio Kickboxing Bootcamp, now offered at two time slots during the weekday morning.

You’ll experience a total body workout with boxing drills to tone the upper body, core ab exercises, kickboxing for your lower body, and more. Suitable for all fitness levels. This is one workout that will get you hopping out of bed!

CLASS SCHEDULE AND INFO
All Bootcamps are 3x/week (12 sessions). Due to the format of our Bootcamp, we do not offer drop-in rates. Participants are required to come to class with handwraps and cardio boxing gloves.

Early bird registration – pay on or before May 19/07 and pay only $105 (price includes GST).
All registrations after May 19/07 will be $164.
